Job Context
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our distribution network in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributors, increasing market penetration, and strengthening retailer relationships.

Job Responsibility
l Develop and appoint Super Stockists and Distributors in the assigned territory to strengthen the distribution network.
l Drive expansion of distribution coverage to ensure deeper market penetration and outlet reach.
l Lead and manage a team of Territory Sales Managers (TSM) / Sales Officers to achieve sales objectives.
l Plan, monitor, and execute primary and secondary sales targets within the assigned territory.
l Ensure timely order collection, stock availability, and smooth supply chain coordination.
l Monitor distributor performance, ROI, and stock rotation to maintain healthy business operations.
l Conduct regular market visits to review team performance, retailer coverage, and competitor activities.
l Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and revenue growth.
l Track sales performance through MIS reports and provide regular updates to management.
l Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain control over outstanding dues.

Educational Requirement
Graduate in any discipline
MBA in Marketing (Preferred)

Experience Requirement
l3–7 years of experience in FMCG / Food / Spices industry
lStrong distribution management experience
lProven track record of achieving sales targets
